Privacy Policy

widgetOS apps are built privacy-first. We do not sell your data, run advertising analytics, or require accounts. Most apps process information entirely on your Mac.

This policy covers apps distributed through the Mac App Store and information presented on widgetos.store.

• No usage analytics or telemetry
• No advertising identifiers
• No account registration inside our apps
• No sale or sharing of personal data with third parties for marketing

Many widgetOS utilities store preferences, history, or files locally on your Mac (for example, clipboard history, notes, or network statistics). That data is not transmitted to us unless an app feature explicitly requires network access described below.

Some apps need the internet to perform their job — for example, running a speed test, checking ping, fetching a translation, or loading a remote wallpaper. In those cases:

• Traffic goes only to endpoints required for the feature you use
• We do not receive that traffic on our servers
• You can review and configure behavior in each app's settings where applicable

Paid apps are purchased through Apple. Payment and receipt data are handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not receive your payment card details.

This website is a static product catalog. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Hosting providers may process standard server logs (such as IP address and user agent) for security and operations.

widgetOS apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date below will change when we do. Continued use of our apps after an update means you accept the revised policy.
